How a Neuro Empowerment Program Enhances Workplace Productivity and Well-being

In today's fast-paced and demanding work environments, employee well-being plays a crucial role in not only improving job satisfaction, but also productivity. At Transcendous, we believe in empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to thrive both personally and professionally through our Live Free Neuro Empowerment program.

A recent Gallup Poll found that “Employee well-being is key for workplace productivity. When your employees' well-being is thriving, your organization directly benefits -- they take fewer sick days, deliver higher performance, and have lower rates of burnout and turnover. But when your employees' wel-lbeing suffers, so does your organization's bottom line.”

I think most of us intuitively already knew that. When we are thriving in our personal life, we aren’t distracted at work by stress at home, we spend more time in a creative flow state, and we have more productive mental energy.

But what is employee well-being? For a while now, companies have been focused on increasing employees' physical well-being - encouraging exercise, healthy lifestyle choices, etc.  However, well-being is SO much more than our just physical well-being. Just like extra physical weight can interfere with our well-being, mental and emotional weight can be an even heavier, more detrimental burden that employees carry with them to the workplace each day. What if those burdens could be lifted?  What would that mean for an employer seeking higher productivity?

The Live Free Program: A Gateway to Workplace Success

So many people waste time and energy coping with triggers. With the Live Free program, participants gain the knowledge, tools and skills to remove triggers, create new neuropathways, and shape their own experience.

Our Live Free program is designed to equip participants with neuroscience-based strategies and mindfulness techniques to navigate life's challenges with resilience and clarity. Beyond personal growth, the Live Free program has demonstrated remarkable benefits for workplace productivity and overall job performance.

Here is what Live Free alumni are saying about the program:

Caroline M. shares how the program has increased her productivity:

“Participating in the Live Free program has been a game-changer for my productivity at work. Prior to joining the program, I often struggled with stress and burnout, which inevitably affected my performance. If I feel like I am triggered or starting to get stressed out, I have the tools to get back to a mental state where I can more easily solve problems and be productive.  In the past, when I would get triggered, I would feel stuck and not know how to move forward effectively. I am spending more and more time in this flow state and it shows in my productivity!”  Caroline M, Florida

Caroline learned how to better manage her stress, and as a result she is able to spend more time in a productive, less distracted flow state. Her employer has recognized a definite shift and increase in her productivity.

Lauren M. shares her experience with how Live Free principles helped her with a challenge at work:

"Yesterday, I was working on a project for work and discovered an error right at the end of my day. I went to go fix the error but it wasn’t as clear as I had originally thought. I immediately felt myself switch into Confined State. Because I recognized the state I was going into, I first looked out the window and started to focus on things far away from me so that I could switch my perception. This somewhat helped bring my frustration down, but I felt myself glancing back at my computer and thinking that I was wasting time looking out the window. I realized I needed to be more deliberate in my actions because I was in a really intense state. I ended up taking my dogs on a walk and was able to disconnect for a few minutes. I came back refreshed and ready to tackle the problem and fixed the problem relatively quickly. Normally with a scenario like this, I would have not let myself leave my desk until the issue was resolved which spirals me further into the confined state. Even after reaching a solution, I would re-live the scenario in my dreams until my brain was able to grasp it. However, I debriefed my day in my journal and was able to effectively complete my day feeling accomplished because of the way I handled the situation and even got a good night's sleep without dreaming of work! Today, I woke up satisfied with the way I handled yesterday and excited to see what problems I face today and how I handle them.”  Lauren M., Pennsylvania

Lauren effectively used a few of the tools taught in the Live Free program to stay in a state of being where productivity, solutions, and creativity thrive - the Free State.  The goal of the Live Free program is to help participants learn how to spend as much time in Free State as possible.

And Ryan M. describes how specific habits he learned during the program prepare him to excel each day:

“Since doing the program, I am waking up a couple hours earlier than I used to and doing meditation, exercising, and preparing for my day. When I start my day off right, it allows me to go through the day and when any speed bumps come up, my foundation is there and I am balanced, productive and positive. I’m less worried about how people perceive me. I’m more free in how I communicate - more free to understand and more open to what they are saying.  I’m filled with more empathy and understanding. As I’ve worked on understanding myself, it’s opened me up to understanding other people as well. The program helped me to be more aware of my thought process on a daily basis, to be in a better frame of mind in situations when I feel stressed or overwhelmed and to be able to recognize that better.  I am better able to see things from a 30,000 foot perspective and change from negative phrases to positive phrases - focus on those things that help me maintain a positive mental state and to stay in Free State.” Ryan M, Arizona

The Live Free program helped Ryan create a balanced state of being at home and at work. And he describes how this has positively impacted his interactions at work.

Others have felt that simply developing greater mindfulness increased their ability to focus continually throughout the day. Mallory J. from Arizona shared, “The skills and tools taught in Live Free Program have become my go-to for staying present and productive, even during stressful and demanding projects.”

Imagine a focused workforce with the skills to stay present and productive even during stressful demanding situations!

And this is from an employer who offered the Live Free program to his employees:

“As the president of a consulting firm, when I learned about the Live Free Program, I knew it was essential for myself, my consultants and my business development team to understand the concepts taught in the Live Free 40 day program.  I have already seen positive shifts in productivity and stress levels and significant improvement with customer interactions, creativity and problem solving.  I knew that even if my employees were focused on personal improvement, that those improvements would have an impact on their work life, and they have!” Shawn T, Arizona
